At The Cozy Market Co. Collective, every mystery scoop and bundle is carefully curated and packed with care. Due to the nature of our products, please review our return policy before placing an order.
All Sales Are Final
Because our mystery scoops, mystery bundles, and curated gift products are surprise items, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preferences
- Duplicate items
- Surprise item selections
- Gift purchases
- Orders already shipped
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
- Photos of the packaging
Once reviewed, we may offer:
- A replacement item
- Store credit
- A refund, if appropriate
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not already been packed, processed, or shipped.
After processing begins, orders cannot be canceled.
Refused or Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to:
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Refusal of delivery
- Failure to claim the package
The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.
Scoop Video Purchases
Scoop video purchases are non-refundable once the video has been recorded or posted.
Premium Add-Ons
Premium Scoop Add-Ons are selected at random and are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to personal preference.
